- Chats are ed-to-end encrypted
- Files shared are stored and encrypted
- We do not access or monitor your conversations.

- Third-party analytics services (e.g., Firebase, Google Analytics) may collect anonymized usage data.

You may rquest account deletion at any time.

Account Deletion
You have the right to delete your BizzChat account at any time. To delete your account:
- Open the BizzChat mobile application
- Go to your Profile page
- Select "Delete Account" from the account settings menu
- Confirm your decision in the warning dialog

Upon account deletion:
- All personal data associated with your account will be permanently deleted
- You will lose access to all your account information, chat history, orders, and other data
- This action is irreversible and cannot be undone
- You will no longer be able to log in to BizzChat using your deleted account credentials

We will process account deletion requests within 7 business days. Some information may be retained for legal or regulatory compliance purposes, but will be anonymized and not associated with your identity.

8. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our Platform is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13 (or equivalent age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect data from children.

- HTTPS for data transmission
- Two-factor authentication (optional)

10. INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFERS

If you are accessing the Platform from outside Pakistan, you consent to your data being processed and stored in Pakistan or any other location where we operate.
